American authorities have arrested two Egyptian students in South Carolina who were engaged in a suspected terror plot. One of the students admitted to agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that he made a video showing how to use remote-controlled bombs against American soldiers. The video was posted on YouTube.

Authorities also found items that may have been intended to make a bomb, and the computer of one of those arrested contained files on explosives. The two were caught after police found explosives in their trunk during a routine inspection following their having stopped the vehicle for speeding.
