Police burst into the homes of three Land of Israel activists on Wednesday morning in Hashmonaim. The activists were arrested, and police confiscated items such as orange hats and stickers with slogans promoting settlement in Judea and Samaria.
Activist Datia Yitzchaki denounced the arrests as “the worst form of silencing dissent.” She called on Internal Security Minister Avraham Dichter and Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann to investigate the incident. Yitzchaki said the arrests would “only encourage the activities of everyone who cares about the future of the country.”
