(IsraelNN.com) IDF soldiers arrested 36-year-old Tanzim terrorist Hayman Zaben in Shechem early on Wednesday morning.  Zaben is one of the terrorists responsible for murdering IDF reservists Vadim Nurzitz and Yossi Avrahami in a vicious lynch in Ramallah in 2000.  The other terrorists responsible for the lynch are already in Israeli custody.

Nurzitz and Avrahami accidentally entered Ramallah in October of 2000 and were arrested by Palestinian Authority policemen.  The two were then brutally beaten to death by a frenzied mob in what a journalist eyewitness later called “murder of the most barbaric kind.”
