The Israel Prisons Authority will not release Palestinian Authority inmates whose freedom was guaranteed by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in another “good will” deal last week with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. The deal included 90 PA prisoners “without blood on their hands,” who were not directly involved in the murder of Jews
A statement by the Prisons Authority cited “technical reasons” for the delay and said the prisoners would be released next Monday.
