Authorities have charged guards with allowing illegal Arab workers to enter a construction site, Voice of Israel government radio reported. The guards were arrested at the tunnel connection between Jerusalem and Gush Etzion.

Building of the multi-billion dollar separation barrier has been a boon for Arab workers, many of them from Judea and Samaria.
