While IDF soldiers announced that they had killed an armed terrorist on Wednesday morning, local Arabs claim that the man in question was handicapped.  According to the Arabs, the man, who is the brother of a senior Hamas commander, was sitting at home in a wheelchair when he was hit by an IDF bullet.

IDF soldiers reiterated that the man they killed was shot during an exchange of fire.  A second terrorist was killed on Wednesday morning during clashes with soldiers, and 12 terrorists were arrested.
