Army soldiers shot and killed an Arab teenage terrorist Monday morning after they spotted him with an explosive device. Local Arabs claimed that the soldiers shot at him while he and others were throwing stones at soldiers patrolling in the area. The youth, age 16, was one of three terrorists who died in the past two days.

The two other terrorists were members of the Fatah-aligned Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has been meeting with the leader of Fatah, Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, with the understanding that the PA is controlling terrorism in Judea and Samaria.
