The condition of the IDF soldier who was critically injured early Tuesday morning in a Kassam rocket attack on the Zikim army base is "extreme," according to the Haaretz news service.
The attack, launched by Palestinian Authority terrorists from Gaza, left four soldiers with serious wounds and five others with moderate wounds, as well as more than 55 others suffering from shock. The base is located just north of the Gaza security fence.
