(IsraelNN.com) Yisrael Beitenu party chairman and Strategic Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman joined calls by other government leaders Sunday condemning a neo-Nazi gang that was arrested a month ago. News of the arrest was only released on Sunday.

Lieberman called the group of Russian immigrant teenagers, who are suspected of carrying out anti-Semitic crimes in Petach Tikva, “a disgrace to the Jewish people and the State of Israel” but appealed to Israelis not to hold their actions against other immigrants from the former Soviet Union.

The group was remanded by the Ramla Magistrate’s Court Sunday for an additional three days in order to allow time for police to draft an indictment against the teens.
