PA: Fatah Protest in Gaza 'Beginning of Third Intifada' Reported: 23:36 PM - Sep/08/07
(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Information Minister Reyad Al-Maliki called the action taken by Hamas troops on Friday against Fata supporters “the beginning of a third intifada.” He told reporters in Ramallah “What we saw in Gaza today was the beginning of a third Intifada, against the Hamas occupation. We bless this uprising.”
At least 35 Gaza Arabs were wounded Friday when Hamas terror troops clubbed Fatah supporters who tried to hold street prayers to protest Hamas rule in the Gaza Strip. Some of the injured had gunshot wounds. The street showdowns, which erupted three months after Hamas took control of the Gaza Strip violently, had been widely expected after Hamas said it would not allow Fatah to conduct “political prayers” outdoors on Fridays. ![]() Check out the Chill Zone - Funny, Entertaining Videos © IsraelNN Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
