60th Anniversary Logo: Child Holds Blue and White '60'
(IsraelNN.com) A Knesset committee has chosen a hatless child with messy hair as the symbol for next year's 60th Independence Day celebration. The logo depicts the child holding a blue and white cloth shaped into the number 60.
The Symbols and Ceremonies Committee approved on the official symbol. Shas party KM Yitzchak Cohen noted that the child looks like he needs a haircut.
