A security guard was stabbed on Thursday afternoon in the IDF’s Tel Aviv military headquarters, known in Hebrew as the Kirya. The attacker, a man in his 30s, stabbed the guard with a screwdriver, lightly wounding him. Security forces in Tel Aviv are pursuing the attacker at this time.
Police said they believe the attack was criminally motivated, and was not terror-related. The Kirya was put on high alert following the attack, and the IDF is expected to investigate the incident.
