Hamas Blocking Exports from Gaza

With all the complaints about closed border crossings and hardship on Gaza merchants and farmers who cannot export their goods to pre-1967 Israel, the Hamas terrorist organization nonetheless is blocking the transfer of agricultural goods out of Gaza, according to security sources. This is causing great harm to Gaza merchants who depend on sales to customers on the other side of the security fence in order to support their families and others, creating a humanitarian crisis for the residents they rule.

Hamas is in total control over Gaza and its border crossings since June following a bloody civil war with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah faction.
