Hizbullah's intimidation of the Human Rights Watch group, that was forced to cancel a press conference on the terrorist organization's violations, is "par for the course," State Department spokesman Tom Casey told reporters.

"Hizbullah continues to be an organization that engages in terror," he added. "The indiscriminate firing of missiles into Israel during the conflict last summer caused numbers of deaths and injuries and certainly could not be described in any way, shape, or form as I understand it as following the laws of war."
