Magen David Adom medics evacuated a wounded Sderot man to Ashkelon’s Barzilai Hospital after he was wounded by a Kassam rocket fired by Gaza terrorists Tuesday before noon.

The man was listed in moderate condition after being hit by shrapnel in the eye during the rocket’s impact and detonation.

A number of others are being treated for shock.
