(IsraelNN.com) Rabbi David Wolpe has demanded that the Globes business newspaper apologize for remarks printed by columnist Mati Golan, who compared the rabbi with radical Muslim cleric Sheikh Raad Salah. The Muslim cleric has been charged by authorities with incitement and has been convicted on charges of financing terrorists.

Golan wrote his article under the headline Sheikhs Incite Against the Enemy and the Rabbis against the Country. The journalist accused Rabbi Wolpe of incitement, stating that there is no difference between the Arab Intifada and Rabbi Wolpe's call for soldiers to refuse expulsion orders.

Rabbi Wolpe's lawyers also are suing for 100,00 shekels ($24,000) in damages.
