The Airport Authority has agreed with a workers' committee to add 54 more employees to operate under the pressure of heavy summer traffic. More than half will be hired Monday and will end work sanctions that have delayed flights.

Several flights were delayed for up to three hours Monday, but only one flight is behind schedule at this hour.
