A Christian group in Israel has offered will relocate 1,000 refugees from Sudan to western countries. Israel has committed itself to accept 500 refugees from Darfur ,with other refugees being sent back to Egypt.

Ra'anana Express and religious and human rights groups fears that Egypt will send the refugees back to Sudan, where they face imprisonment or death for crossing into Israel.
