MK Zevulun Orlev (NU/NRP) thinks the health system is not prepared for the next war. Orlev, who chairs the Knesset's State Control Committee, convened the committee Monday to discuss the State Ombudsman and Comptroller's report on the Israeli home front's preparedness for war.

Professor Rafael Beyar, Director General of the Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, who participated in the session, said: "The government is shirking its national duty and has not yet set aside one shekel for fortifying the hospital."
