Terrorists fired a Kassam rocket at Sderot this morning but the rocket only struck an open area near the Jewish city. The attack prompted the IDF to respond against the rocket launching cell and the IDF managed to wound one terrorist. The cell was reportedly affiliated with the Islamic Jihad.
