IDF soldiers Sunday night arrested 15 more suspected terrorists in the nightly roundup that reaches about 300 arrests a month. In a "good will" measure to Fatah leader Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert vowed to instruct security authorities not to arrest Fatah terrorists who were not "ticking bombs."
Sunday night's arrests included three terrorists from Tulkarm, east of Netanya, and four from Kalkilya, adjacent to Kfar Saba. Soldiers also nabbed two terrorists in the area of Ramallah, three in Hevron and two in the southern Hevron Hills.
