The Jerusalem District Court issued a temporary confiscation order Thursday on the assets of Mordechai Yonah, the founder of the Heftziba Group and the father of its director, Boaz Yonah, who has escaped from Israel.
The order was issued at the request of Solel Boneh construction company, which received personal security from Mordechai Yonah for a sum of up to NIS 12 million.
