Fatah Says Return to Gaza Condition for Pact with Hamas

(IsraelNN.com) The Fatah faction, which several media report has been negotiating with Hamas, stated Thursday that no dialogue can take place until Hamas returns the situation in Gaza to as it was before Hamas's military takeover two months ago.
Nabil Amr, a close aide to Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, told the Bethlehem-based Ma'an news agency that the return of the authority of Fatah in Gaza is "the core of those conditions."
