Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was summoned Wednesday for questioning by investigators probing the Bank Leumi privatization scandal.
Olmert is suspected of using his influence as then-acting Finance Minister to help two friends purchase shares in the bank when the tender was issued.
The two businessmen later pulled out of the negotiations.
