According to reports from the scene, the IDF has begun demolishing all of the homes built inside Hevron's Shalhevet neighborhood, located in the town's old marketplace.

Activists say that the destruction is an act of vengeance for the determined struggle they have waged and doubt that the army has a permit to destroy the buildings.
