Likud leaders have complained that many members who back Jewish Leadership faction leader Moshe Feiglin vote for other political parties. The Likud election committee Monday evening rejected an attempt to prohibit Feiglin from running for party chairman against incumbent Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu.
However, members have appealed to the party's court challenging his candidacy. They noted that Feiglin's Likud backers in several communities in Judea and Samaria gave the party as few as zero votes in the last general elections.
