(IsraelNN.com) The Reporters Without Borders organization has charged that both Fatah and Hamas terrorists have threatened journalists in the Palestinian Authority (PA). "Palestinian journalists have for several weeks been living with the fear of being targeted by Hamas or Fatah militants,” the press freedom organization said.

It said that the threat of kidnapping still remains and that the PA has not taken any steps to arrest those behind the kidnapping of British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC) reporter Alan Johnston, who recently was freed after being in captivity for more than three months.

It added that most non-Hamas organizations are not operating in the Gaza region and that the Samaria-based pro-Hamas television station has been threatened by Fatah.
