According to Nana news, police are investigating Yesha Council member Zeev (Zambish) Hever. The investigation was reportedly under cover prior to Monday. Police suspect Hever of assisting Jews in the construction of homes in Judea and Samaria without government approval.
Hever is also the chairman of Amana, an organization that encourages Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria.
