(IsraelNN.com) The IDF has destroyed one-third of the capabilities of Hizbullah terrorists, according to American military and intelligence officials quoted by NBC television. The report was broadcast before the Israeli Air Force bombed a missile command center in Tyre early Friday morning, bombing out a missile command center that was responsible for longer-range attacks on the Haifa area. 

--IDF tanks withdrew from areas near Gaza City Thursday after a two-day operation in which more than a dozen Arab terrorists and several weapons depots were hit.

--United Nations Middle East envoy Terje Larsen said that any ceasefire in the Hizbullah terrorist war would not be effective if Syria and Iran do not agree. He added that an immediate end to the conflict is not in sight.
