According to Time, members of the Iraqi Mujahadeen, a part of the Sunni Muslim opposition, said recently that hundreds of Hizbullah terrorists are training Shiite militias in Iraq. Approximately 500 members of Hizbullah are in the country, they said, teaching the militias how to assemble bombs and other terrorist tactics.
General Vincent Brooks, who served as the United States Deputy Director of Operations, told Time that the Mujahadeen’s claims were compatible with US intelligence information. According to Brooks, Iran is trying to bring the “Lebanon Model” to Iraq.
