Hamas senior official Mahmoud al-Zahar has disclosed documents captured in the military takeover in Gaza implicating Fatah in massive fraud. He charged that the rival terrorist faction deposited $30 billion in foreign banks. Al-Zahar said the documents implicate Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Salam Fayyad and Nabil Abu Rudenah, an aide to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
He also declared that Israeli authorities have probed Israeli businessman Ovad Kuku, who allegedly paid $1 million to Fatah's Gaza leader Mohammed Dahlan and supposedly was involved in faking invoices.
Israel also was accused of transferring tax revenues only to Dahlan.
