Blair and Peres: 'Window of Opportunity'
(IsraelNN.com) Mideast Quartet envoy Tony Blair met with President Shimon Peres Tuesday in his first attempt to mediate between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
The envoy, who serves as representative for the United States, Russia, the European Union and United Nations, agreed with Peres that there seemed to be a “window of opportunity” within which to reach a final status agreement with the PA.
