National Union Knesset Member Aryeh Eldad and the Israel Law Forum filed a petition in the High Court Wednesday morning demanding that President Shimon Peres return $320,000 in contributions. They argued that the money was illegally received.
The contributions were made for his campaign to lead the Labor party in 2004.
