The gag order on details of petitions against the plea bargain signed between the State Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) and former President Moshe Katzav was lifted Thursday by Supreme Court Justice Salim Joubran.
The attorney for “Aleph,” the main complainant in the sexual assault case, stated that she had no objections to the request by the SPO to publish the content and arguments of the petitions. The names of those involved will not be identified.
The state has been ordered by the court to respond to the petitions by 1:00 p.m.
