The attorney for ‘Aleph’, the primary complainant in the sexual assault case against former President Moshe Katzav, announced Thursday that she has no objection to publishing details of the petitions against the plea bargain arranged between the State Prosecutor's Office and Katzav.
“If the State Prosecutor’s Office wants things to reach the media, as they always do,” said attorney Kinneret Barashi, “I will be the last one to oppose that.” The State Prosecutor’s Office made a request to release further details of the petitions, according to media reports.
