The second most powerful leader in the international al-Qaeda terrorist organization was seen in a new video released by the group Wednesday calling for Muslims to unite in jihad.

The video was found and reviewed by the United States SITE intelligence monitoring group.

Ayman al-Zawahri, dressed in white, spoke for an hour and 35 minutes, advocating support for the Islamist movement in Iraq and discussing events in Palestinian Authority-controlled territories, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
