(IsraelNN.com) The Orthodox Union (OU) is preparing to launch a web site and is planning a television channel for kosher cooking. The project will feature culinary and kosher experts who feature kosher food products. "The idea is to take the old view of kosher, which is traditional and old-fashioned, and be hip about the whole thing with new recipes using some of our products," said OU official Barry Mase.
 
The channel will begin towards the end of the summer with a 'Simply Kosher" show. One of the first guests will be chef Ashley Farnell, who was the personal chef to the British royal family, President Bill Clinton and several popular music stars.
