A bus taking a group of hareidi-religious Jews from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem has been held up by police and found to be carrying 92 passengers – 37 more than the maximum 55 allowed.

The bus was stopped by traffic police at Shapirim interchange Friday. It is being held up until a second bus arrives to take the extra passengers.
