One IDF soldier died and four other people, including two IDF soldiers were lightly to moderately injured late Monday night in a traffic accident near the Tank Junction on Route 99, east of Kiryat Shmona in the Galilee panhandle.

An IDF jeep crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a private vehicle carrying two residents of Kfar Rajir, according to a Haaretz report.
