An on-the-scene radio reporter said that police caused damage to houses in Hareidi religious neighborhoods in Jerusalem Monday night by spraying water hoses indiscriminately.

Police were responding to a rock-throwing protest against the parade of homosexuals and lesbians scheduled to take place in the capital on Thursday.
