Fatah terrorists killed a member of Hamas in Shechem on Sunday, shortly after the new Palestinian Authority governing body was sworn in. The Hamas man, 45-year-old Jamal Al-Usta, was the second Hamas terrorist to be killed by Fatah in Judea and Samaria this week.

Fatah accused Hamas of killing its members in a similar fashion, saying that four Fatah men had been summarily judged and executed in Gaza. Hamas rejected the accusation.
