Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday rejected a call by Hamas head Khaled Mashaal to discuss the situation in Gaza. "No dialogue is approved with mutineers, masked men and killers” can take place, a senior Fatah official, speaking on behalf of Abbas, said in an interview.
