American coalition forces Tuesday attacked a booby-trapped lollipop factory in Iraq that was used to make bombs, Iraqi army commander Nour al-Din Hussein said. Factory workers fled before the attack, apparently having received information of the coalition action.



Soldiers found two tons of fertilizer for bombs in the factory basement in northern Iraq, and an anti-aircraft gun was discovered on the roof. Boxes of candy were found filled with explosives.
