MDA, Cell Phone Company Save Man’s Life
(IsraelNN.com) Quick-thinking MDA paramedics and workers for a cell phone company saved a man’s life on Sunday evening. The man called for help from the Arad-Be’er Sheva highway and managed to tell emergency operators that he did not feel well before collapsing.
The MDA operators attempted to speak to the man, but received no answer. They quickly called his cell phone company and had the call traced, and an ambulance was sent to the location of the call within six minutes. The man was found to have suffered a heart attack, and was taken to Soroka hospital in serious but stable condition.
