U-TacS, an England-based company set up by Israeli defense technology company Elbit and British defense giant Thames to manufacture unmanned air vehicle (UAV) systems, won a contract worth $100 million from the UK’s Ministry of Defense.

The company will provide 450 of the drones as well as training for the technicians who will operate them. The UAV market is worth about $3 billion annually.
