Senior Fatah terrorist Jabril Rajoub spoke to journalists in Ramallah on Monday and called on the Palestinian Authority to declare a state in Judea and Samaria by November 15, 2007. If the PA were to do so, Rajoub said, “the ball would be in the international court.”

Earlier in the day Rajoub spoke to a group of hundreds of Arabs and dozens of extreme-left Israeli Jews in the village of Kfar Anta, next to Jerusalem. Rajoub told the group that if Israel did not give the PA Judea and Samaria, “there will be no stability, security, or peace in the region or in the entire world.”
