Egypt Talking To PA Terrorists in New Truce Effort

(IsraelNN.com) Egyptian officials have been holding separate discussions with leaders of various terrorists factions prior to another attempt to arrange a truce between rival groups.
Fatah and Hamas leaders have visited Egypt for talks, and Egypt is demanding that a ceasefire parallel a similar arrangement between the Palestinian Authority (PA) and Israel. Previous attempts by Egypt to halt militia wars in Gaza have failed.
