Hamas: No Attacks for a Year, Maybe (IsraelNN.com) From a previous offer of ten years of quiet, Hamas has gone down to offering Israel one year of guaranteed quiet in the south, if Israel agrees to halt its attacks against Hamas terrorists in Gaza for a year. Hamas' deputy political chief Moussa Abu Marzouk made the offer in an interview with an Egyptian paper over the weekend.
