Sderot businessmen are burning tires at an industrial intersection to protest the deteriorating economic, social and security situation in the small Negev city.

They complained that the government has left them with unfilled promises. More than 270 rockets have been fired on the Sderot area in the past two weeks. The number of daily of explosions generally has varied between several and 25.
