No Kassams in Tent City for 500 Sderot Residents

(IsraelNN.com) Five hundred Sderot residents took advantage of Arcadi Gaydamak's offer to move into a tent city in Tel Aviv Thursday night. The Russian-born billionaire also is providing the children with free admission to an adjacent amusement and water park. "I assume that [terrorists] won't succeed in firing rockets here," said Nissim Tekoa.
"Kassam rockets fell on us next to our house," said Brami Prej. "My wife was injured and treated at the hospital, and I also was there. It is better here than in our neighborhood." However, many residents said they intend to return to Sderot next week in order to work.
